Our firm is dedicated to the needs of our client, without the nickel and diming of charging for each phone call, email, and copy. Parlanti & Cooperman LLP has been founded with the realization that the legal industry is broken. Anyone that has hired an attorney has been amazed with the lack of contact, price gouging and arrogance associated with their services. In what other industry does the service provider charge for each and every copy made on behalf of the client? If said charges were not to exist, don’t you think the attorney would be more efficient in using the firms resources? Parlanti & Cooperman LLP was created with the simple concept: Lets charge one flat fee and keep costs down!
How does Parlanti & Cooperman LLP charge one low flat fee even though having over 5 years experience in the legal field and over 18 years experience in the real estate industry? By utilizing the latest technology, keeping payroll down, and keeping clients first! If the firm does not have to keep track of each email, phone call and copy, the administrative costs are kept to a minimum and the time and energy goes where it matters most: on your matter!
Our prices are determined by the complexity of the transaction. Handling even the most basic real estate transaction, the purchase of a single family home entails contract review and editing, mortgage commitment review and editing, title purchase, review, and consultation, constant contact with the bank mortgage broker and attorney, constant contact with the real estate broker, constant contact with the seller’s attorney, closing appearance and finally drafting a closing statement. All these services are provided to you at one low flat fee. No charging you for every email, phone call, or fax as some attorneys do. No charging you for mailings or Fedexes.
